Injuring this character: Minor cuts and scrapes, sure. More major injuries, just ask first--I'll probably say yes, but planning = maximum suffering and I'm a creative sadist. XD

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go for it. First shot, you can see damn near anything, but after that he doesn't think in English so it'll be harder second go 'round. :P
